Your record, on iPhone and Mac

Growth Ring reads Apple Health on your iPhone and keeps this year's goal on your Lock Screen. With sync, the same record opens on your Mac, and you can publish it as your own page on the web.

Nothing to set up

No spreadsheets, no manual entry. If your watch syncs to Apple Health (Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Polar and more), years of history are already there, and workouts recorded by more than one app are merged.

Your record stays yours

Growth Ring reads Apple Health on your device, with no ads. Sync is end-to-end encrypted: only your devices hold the key.

Questions

Who is it for?

People who have been moving for years and want to see all of it in one place: runners, cyclists, hikers, swimmers and lifters with a long history across several watches and apps.

What about years from my old watches?

If they're in Apple Health, they're in your record. When two apps recorded the same workout, Growth Ring merges them into one.

Which watches and apps does it work with?

Anything that writes workouts to Apple Health: Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Polar, Nike Run Club and more. Garmin Connect and Strava can also be connected directly; Strava workouts are shown only to you.

When can I use it?

We're building it now, and the waitlist tells us how many people want it. You'll get one email when it's ready.
